Coaching Projects Manager

The role’s objective is to assist in realizing the coaching plan’s ambition of creating the best coaching development system in the world for the Afeez Football League. The position will be especially focused on project management and assisting with the professional game’s provision of coaching programs.

We are responsible for a great range of tasks. These include overseeing the centralized broadcast and commercial rights as well as organizing the tournament and its Handbook. Our collaboration with the Clubs encompasses much more than just the ninety minutes of work. We do worldwide development work, assist the broader game and community programs, safeguard the organization’s intellectual property, facilitate young development, and communicate with other leagues and governing bodies.

The Role

Provide planning and project management services to support the delivery of AfeezFL Plan projects and programmes.

 To lead on the development and delivery of performance analysis provision across AfeezFL coach development programmes

To work closely with the Coaching Insights Manager to analyse the impact of the AfeezFL.

Be Innovative in developing the processes used to deliver projects including but not limited to digital provision and the evolution of communication channels with coaches.

Lead the planning and management for delivery of workshops and conferences.

Work closely with the Coach Development Manager(s) / Programme Lead(s) to support and evolve the learning design and delivery elements of the AfeezFL Coach Development Programmes

• Create and manage project systems and structures including the following:
• Budget planning, forecasting, and tracking.

• Project planner, tracker, analysis of KPI’s and review system.
• Resource management (on-line Learning Management system).
• Quality Assurance and standards; and o Risk and Issue management
• Calendar management

• Represent the League in relation to Coaching matters with Clubs and other football bodies where relevant.

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities as the Afeez Football League may reasonably require.

Requirements for the role

• seasoned project manager with prior experience overseeing initiatives in a high-level athletic setting.

• solid comprehension of youth development concepts in a football setting

• Stakeholder management effectiveness demonstrated.
