Safeguarding

Seeking assistance and guidance is never a bad idea. You may have concerns about:

establishing friends, blending in, and peer pressure to perform well on tests or succeed.

relationships: being bullied or abused; feeling homesick, alone, or alone; anxiety or mental health issues; self-harm and suicidal thoughts.

You are not alone if you are concerned about something that has happened to you, your mental health, or anything else in your life. Support is always accessible. Speak with a responsible adult. Someone at your football team or school, a parent or caregiver, or a relative could be this.

Security

Everyone is entitled to a sense of security. Whether you’re at your football club, school, home, or out and about with pals.

No one has the authority to mistreat, abuse, or harm you. Furthermore, it is never acceptable for someone to coerce you into doing something that would harm you, distress you, or put you in danger.

Gaining knowledge about abuse and bullying might assist you in identifying it when it occurs to you or another person. Childline is a resource you can use whenever you’re feeling anxious or threatened.
